Job Summary:As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer acquisition and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on identifying and onboarding new clients, conducting technical consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Your Tasks:- Manage and develop key client accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SABER portal workflows and common rejection scenarios.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Monitor market shifts and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Your Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the product services and certification industry within the Middle East.
