The RoleThe F&B Marketing Manager sets and executes the media/marketing strategy for food and beverage outlets. Working closely with the Restaurant General Managers and other key departments, you will develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan that increases awareness and visibility of our offerings, driving traffic and revenue.
Key Areas of Responsibilities- Develop and execute all key F&B Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand integrity.
- Manage digital strategies and online presence of F&B outlets, ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Oversee social media content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities and menus with culinary teams.
- Engage in partnerships that elevate brand visibility.
Key QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong understanding of F&B metrics and marketplace trends.
- Excellent project management skills and creative mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred.
