We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to lead territory performance, expand market coverage, and drive sustained revenue growth across key distribution channels.
The Role:The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of an assigned territory, ensuring revenue growth across Retail, B2B, HORECA, and Wholesale channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing regional sales strategies
- Strengthening distributor and client relationships
- Monitoring pricing and promotional execution
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products across all key outlets
- Overseeing territory forecasting and client acquisition
- Tracking regional performance and ensuring targets are achieved
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution sales within Saudi Arabia
- A strong network across retail, wholesale, B2B, or HORECA clients
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience managing territory-level P&L
- Ability to develop key customer relationships and lead field sales execution
