- Registration process for new companies and manage existing client data.
- Preparing quotations based on customer specifications and managing client contract negotiations.
- Developing strong relationships with partners and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to departmental revenue.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to the management.
