Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests with a polite and friendly manner.
- Coordinate seating arrangements for guests.
- Upsell food and beverage offerings using the latest departmental incentives.
- Manage table setups and ensure cleanliness of all work areas.
- Address guest queries efficiently and maintain compliance with brand standards.
- Assist across various areas of Food and Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, and Room Service.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and comply with local laws and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed.
