  • التنسيق اللوجستي للاجتماعات والفعاليات وحجوزات السفر عند الحاجة.
  • إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة.
  • استقبال الضيوف والتنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • دبلوم/بكالوريوس (إدارة أعمال، سكرتارية تنفيذية، أو ما يعادلها)
  • خبرة سنة إلى 3 سنوات في نفس المجال (ويُفضل خبرة مع الإدارة العليا)
  • مهارات عالية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت والمتابعة.
  • إجادة كتابة وصياغة الخطابات والمراسلات باللغة العربية (والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية)
  • إتقان برامج (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ويفضل Google Workspace.
