Responsibilities- Lead, Drive and Manage the Industry Sales: This role is primarily focused on leading and managing industry sales in the assigned territories to maximize orders. You'll engage with customers and stakeholders through multiple touch points, develop strategies for growing MSA’s products, drive product portfolio management, and build strategic relationships with channel partners and end users.
- Strategic Accounts Management: Implement a strategic accounts sales process to enhance market share, focusing on high profitability products and resource prioritization. Collaborate with various teams to execute regional marketing programs and assess local market growth potential.
- Administration and Reporting: Prepare timely sales, pipeline, and market reports, maintain data accuracy, and deliver standardized reports as per guidelines.
QualificationsExperience required includes 4+ years in sales or key account management, familiarity with the safety industry, and a proven track record in business development. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master’s degree. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
