Join our team as a Master Barista at Kempinski Al Othman Hotel!
As a Master Barista, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience through exceptional beverage service. You will assist the Beverage Manager by overseeing daily beverage operations across our restaurant, bars, and banquet services.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of coffee drinks with precision including perfect espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes.
  • Work efficiently at the coffee counter, serving customers and providing an outstanding coffee experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of brewing equipment and ensure a neat workplace appearance.
  • Contribute to team morale and be a friendly, approachable team player.
  • Participate in training and development, enhancing beverage knowledge and service skills.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage inventory for coffee products and assist in menu planning for events.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a customer-first approach.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and handle VIP guest services.
  • Professional demeanor and adherence to the hotel's appearance standards.
