تجمع هذه الوظيفة بين خبرة التسويق وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتعزيز الحضور الرقمي لشركتنا، والتفاعل مع العملاء، والترويج للمحتوى الذي يعزز التفاعل والإيرادات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية وحملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك تخطيط الميزانية وتوليد الأفكار للمحتوى.
  • ضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية عبر قنوات التسويق المختلفة.
  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد لأعضاء الفريق حول أفضل الممارسات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • تحليل بيانات العملاء والتفاعلات لتحسين استراتيجيات التسويق.
  • توسيع وجود الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على منصات مثل فيسبوك، ولينكد إن، وتويتر، وإنستغرام.
  • بحث ومراقبة أنشطة المنافسين في السوق.

المهارات والمؤهلات:
  • دكتوراه أو درجة بكاليوس في الاتصالات أو التسويق.
  • 12 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات الإبداعية والدافع الذاتي.
  • خبرة في المنصات الرئيسية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وإنتاج المحتوى.
