Role DescriptionThe Commercial (B2B) Sales Consultant is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all aspects in relation to selling fitness solutions in line with Delta's strategic direction and objectives. The position will focus on improving relationships and sales for the fitness segment, exploring new channels, achieving and/or exceeding targets while reflecting Delta Fitness as the leading fitness solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Roles and Responsibilities- Achieve sales & collection set targets as per the predefined sales plans.
- Promote, market, and sell our product portfolio in your specified strategic sales perspective, as outlined by Commercial Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Listen to customer requirements to gain a clear understanding of clients' businesses and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Handle sales leads and arrange appointments with clients while conducting daily visits to local market.
- Maintain and develop relationships with the existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails, and appoint new ones.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business and negotiate the terms of an agreement to close deals.
- Challenge any objections while having a vision towards getting the customer to buy.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions with clients.
- Coordinate with the immediate supervisor/manager regarding the quantities of goods on hand in stock.
- Record sales and job order information and send copies to the Commercial Sales Supervisor/Manager to liaise with procurement team for stock orders.
- Request for layout designs from designers.
- Make accurate & rapid calculations and provide clients with quotations upon getting the approval of the Commercial Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Inform the Commercial Sales Supervisor/Manager of any updates on quotations.
- Prepare Weekly Sales Report on current and future projects and review with the Commercial Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.
- Attend all sales training and other marketing activities held in your region to reflect Delta Fitness as the leading fitness solutions provider.
- Coordinate with the Technical Support team to update site profile and follow up on emergency installation requirements.
- Develop and submit the following administrative reports: Daily visits/action report and Quotation history report.

- Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build trust and ensure a high standard of service.
- Ability to Follow Up and maintain a seamless client experience through consistent communication and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and providing tailored fitness solutions.
- Experience in the fitness or related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
