إن مشغل مراقبة الجودة هو دور حيوي في شركة عبد الهادي عبدالله القحطاني وأولاده للمشروبات، مسؤول عن ضمان جودة إنتاج الشراب والامتثال لمعايير السلامة في منشأتنا المتطورة. تلعب هذه الوظيفة دورًا حاسمًا في الحفاظ على الجودة العالية لمشروباتنا، بما في ذلك العلامات التجارية الشهيرة مثل بيبسي وتروبيكانا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • تشغيل وصيانة غرفة الشراب وغرفة CIP، وضمان التحضير والتحليل الصحيحين للشراب.
  • إعداد دفعات الشراب وفقًا لخطة الشراب استنادًا إلى متطلبات الإنتاج.
  • ضمان الالتزام بممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) ومعايير السلامة الغذائية.

  • 12 years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a barista.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks and alternative brewing methods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic Arabic language skills preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
