Your Role:As the driving force behind our growth strategy, you will:
- Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on Saudi Arabia and UAE, concentrating on partner-led growth.
- Qualify inbound leads, conduct presentations, and assist in closing deals in collaboration with partners.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment with our sales methodology and assisting them in deal execution.
- Identify, onboard, and support new partners to increase brand visibility through outbound marketing activities.
- Monitor partner performance with pipeline reviews and forecasting.
Your Profile:We seek candidates with strong collaboration and analytical skills, who understand the business culture of the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a partner/channel-driven environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with system integrators.
