• Preparing and recording daily accounting entries and monthly reconciliations
• Preparing periodic financial reports and budgets
• Monitoring supplier and customer accounts and managing payments and collections
• Preparing tax returns and VAT
• Participating in preparing estimated budgets and financial analysis
• Coordinating with external auditors and providing the required documents
• Managing payroll and employee entitlements.

An administrative assistant is required with high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various management levels.
