Join DuPont as a Site Quality and Regulatory Specialist
At DuPont, our goal is to empower the world through essential innovations across various sectors including healthcare and technology. We are looking for a dedicated Site Quality and Regulatory Specialist to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet high-quality standards through effective management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure plant operating procedures comply with ISO 9001 and Water business quality regulations.
  • Establish and manage the plant Quality Management System (QMS) audit program.
  • Coordinate and host external audits for ISO certifications and manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Participate in plant project reviews to assess impact on product quality.
  • Support qualification projects by reviewing risks and submitting Management of Change (MOC) as necessary.
  • Coach the Operations Team in utilizing quality tools to improve product yield.
  • Provide quality training and reports to site leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with NSF/KIWA/Halal certifications and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with Saudi regulatory requirements and ISO standards is highly desired.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate is an advantage.
