We are looking for a talented individual to be part of Integrated Personnel Services Limited based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for driving our business development efforts and managing client relationships in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to gain repeat business.
  • Oversee overseas recruitment and visa processing for various nationalities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Arabic.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Manpower Recruitment/Staffing Sales.
  • Strong expertise in overseas recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BMA or equivalent).

    Represent JABA at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings with potential partners. Coordinate with internal teams including Experience Lab, Operations, and Marketing. Maintain and update CRM records and prepare periodic reports on leads and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector and Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CRM systems, OTA platforms, and proposal preparation is preferred.
