In this vital role, you will be the key support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare presentations and organize monthly management meetings.
  • Book hotels and airlines for executive travel as needed.
  • Arrange car services and handle cash reimbursements.
  • Update monthly KPIs for all departments and share findings with the Head Office.
  • Organize bi-weekly meetings with division and department heads, providing task updates.
  • Plan and coordinate periodic site visits in adherence to ISO standards.
  • Maintain minutes of meetings and manage the daily calendar for executives.
  • Create Excel sheets based on requirements and monitor executive emails.
  • Provide calendar plans for all events and execute corporate event arrangements, including catering and logistics.
  • Support leadership with research, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working directly under CEOs or in similar executive settings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and listening) is essential.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite are mandatory.
