We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support the HR department's daily activities. This role is essential in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
