Transaction Processing:

Compliance Monitoring:
- Prepare periodic reports on governmental activities.
Saudization & Labor Compliance:
- Monitor Nitaqat status and ensure compliance with Saudization policies.
Technical & Administrative Skills:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Offboarding & Exit Management: Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements. Analyze turnover trends and report key findings to HR leadership.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
