At KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), we offer comprehensive solutions throughout the entire asset life cycle. We are currently seeking an HR Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate various HR and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Manage service requests with vendors including transport companies and housing providers.
  • Track deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
  • Monitor HR and office inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinate procurement for requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Ensure efficient communication between HR, administration, and operations.
  • Handle personnel and company information confidentially.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and encourage reporting of safety issues.
  • Participate in safety audits and attend scheduled training.
  • Support company events, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School required).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with a Diploma in the same field.
  • Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in large organizations.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Capability to achieve results in a multi-cultural environment.
