Join Hilton as a Pastry Chef!
As a vital member of our culinary team, you will operate the pastry section of the kitchen to ensure an excellent guest and member experience. This role will allow you to demonstrate your creativity and expertise in pastry production while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the pastry section and ensure excellent quality in dessert offerings.
  • Bring creativity to seasonal pastry offerings.
  • Supervise and coordinate all preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts.
  • Plan production to meet daily requirements.
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in high volume food production.
  • Creative approach to pastry.
  • Strong supervisory skills and good communication abilities.
  • Positive attitude and committed to high customer service standards.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
