The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a professional and appropriate manner, in addition to proficiency in using computers and basic office programs, as well as regular follow-up on evaluations through social media channels. The ideal candidate should possess patience and flexibility at work, and the ability to work under pressure during holidays and weekends, as well as solve simple problems that visitors or clients may encounter.
