Join Alfa Laval as an Inside Sales Engineer!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the “Lead to Order” process for inquiries related to Spare Parts & Services.
  • Identify and leverage upselling opportunities proactively.
  • Investigate required parts and submit accurate quotations.
  • Ensure parts availability and correct pricing through effective ERP utilization.
  • Communicate regularly about Open Quotes with Customers and Sales team.
  • Register orders in the ERP system and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Utilize CRM tools consistently to aid in the sales process.
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress and maintain customer and equipment data.

Location: Al Khobar
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (***
