Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist!

At Takamul AlOula Facility Management, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in engaging potential customers, assessing their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds.
  • Promote TOFM logically to convert customers into success partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity data related to visits, interactions, and marketing channels.
  • Review and adapt sales strategies to achieve targets consistently.
  • Follow up with customers to gauge interest and address concerns.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities, leads served, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales within the Real Estate or Banking industry.
