Join Reinhausen as an Administration Specialist!
Be a vital part of our team in Dammam, where you will play a crucial role in bridging core departments and ensuring operational efficiency. As the Administration Specialist (Operations Support), you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the administration of employee visas, labor contracts, maintaining a master digital archive.
  • Document workflows to support seamless operations during peak times.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in team workflows.
  • Manage office vendor contracts and resources.

Qualifications:
To be successful, you should bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in an Operations or Admin role.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel with experience in ERP or accounting.
  • Fluency in English (B1 level or higher).
  • A process-oriented mindset.
  • Eligibility to work as a Saudi national.
  • Ability to start immediately.
