Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

Propel Consult, a leader in recruitment solutions in the MENA region, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution within the Logistics and Shipping sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee assigned operations to ensure effective and professional service delivery.
  • Implement sales plans in alignment with divisional strategies to drive revenue.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
  • Monitor compliance with operational processes and ensure timely execution of Import and Export activities.
  • Prepare and submit financial and commercial reports accurately and timely.
  • Review and verify documentation required for shipments according to customs regulations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring they meet organizational standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Operations Management within the Shipping or Logistics sectors.
  • Team management experience and familiarity with customs laws.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
