At Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, we are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals. As a Reservations Agent, your main responsibility is to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information while addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promotions and follow established procedures for processing reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain an accurate room status and respond to incoming calls per Rotana standards.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and identify opportunities for up-selling.

Qualifications:
You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field and have previous experience in hotel reservations. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

About the Job:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with direct experience in the pipes industry to support our sales and operations teams in managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing professional service to contractors and project clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related specifically to pipes and piping systems products.
• Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and order confirmations for pipe products.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate order records and customer information in the system.
• Support the sales team in managing project orders and contractor requirements.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding invoices with customers when required.
• Assist customers with technical or product-related inquiries related to piping systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Suitable educational qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service within the pipes or piping systems industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience working with pipes manufacturers, distributors, or piping system suppliers is a must.
• Experience in receiving, inspecting, and pressure testing thermal pipe networks.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage sales orders, delivery coordination, and collections follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses
