Join our team at Alsalimi Company as an HR Specialist!
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our recruitment activities in Dammam. This role is essential for ensuring that our staffing needs are met efficiently and in compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize recruitment activities in alignment with manpower forecasts and budgets.
  • Advertise vacancies, liaise with recruitment agencies, and manage the application process.
  • Conduct interviews and negotiate offers.
  • Coordinate new starter induction activities with line managers.
  • Ensure all employee documentation, including personal and bank details and medical insurance forms, is collected and secured.
  • Implement and complete the performance appraisal process in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Saudi nationality is required.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of KSA labor laws.
