Join Our Team as an HR & Administrative Officer
We are looking for a dedicated HR & Administrative Officer to enhance our team at Novasat, a leading telecommunications company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in ICT services and solutions since 2005.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Assist the HR department with related tasks.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and companies such as Aramco and banks.
  • Manage the receiving and delivery of employees' assets and equipment.
  • Handle office correspondence and shipments.
  • Perform fieldwork including attending appointments and purchasing office supplies.

Requirements:
  • Must own a private car and have a valid driving license.
  • Good command of English (intermediate level or above).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative or HR roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
