Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and schedules. Forecast material and equipment needs, and manage inventory.
- Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; conduct audits and performance reviews. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to KSA laws, customs, and company policies (*, Saudization, VAT). Mitigate supply chain risks and resolve disputes.
- Cost Control: Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities. Prepare budgets and track procurement expenses.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Generate reports on procurement metrics for stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, finance, and logistics teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent (preferred).
- 5+ years of total work experience with 45 years specifically in procurement.
- Must be an Arab National.
Skills:
- Expert negotiation and ERP proficiency (*, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
