- Serve as the technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries.
- Provide practical, timely technical support and clear recommendations.
- Prepare competitive, accurate proposals and manage handovers to execution teams.
- Identify and engage decision makers and influencers.
- Capture opportunity data in Salesforce and maintain complete records.
- Share market feedback to help grow the aftermarket business.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude combined with commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

- Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in aftermarket sales or service coordination.
- Understanding of preparing technical and commercial proposals.
