Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Engineer - Aftermarket!
At Koch Engineered Solutions (KES), we are expanding our aftermarket capability across the Middle East. We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Inside Sales Engineer to serve as the primary contact for our customers and help them with their inquiries effectively.

Role Overview:
This high-impact, customer-facing role will involve collaboration with our sales, execution, and service functions. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into high-quality proposals while ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries.
  • Provide practical, timely technical support and clear recommendations.
  • Prepare competitive, accurate proposals and manage handovers to execution teams.
  • Identify and engage decision makers and influencers.
  • Capture opportunity data in Salesforce and maintain complete records.
  • Share market feedback to help grow the aftermarket business.

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
