About the Role:
As our Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest hygiene standards, premium customer service, and consistent delivery of high-quality treatments to drive business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Uphold HYGIENE as a MUST DO. Enforce meticulous sanitation protocols before, during, and after every shift. Ensure all tools, linens, and surfaces meet medical-grade cleanliness. Implement daily hygiene audits with zero tolerance for lapses.
• Overall, ensuring the spa is immaculately prepared. Pristine treatment rooms, perfect ambiance (aromatherapy candles, soothing music), and full hygiene compliance.
• Lead with PURPOSE & PRECISION. Train, mentor, and inspire a team of wellness experts to deliver flawless service. Conduct daily briefings to align standards, address gaps, and celebrate wins. Foster a culture of accountability.
• Deliver UNFORGETTABLE CLIENT EXPERIENCES. Personally greet VIP guests and oversee every detail of their journey. Turn complaints into loyalty with swift, empathetic resolutions. Curate personalized treatments that exceed expectations.
• Analyzing financial performance. Handle client feedback and ensure profitability targets.
• Ensure proper sanitation. Spa closes perfectly sanitized and ready for the next day, recognizing team efforts through KPI-based incentives scoring sheet.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Degree in Hospitality/Spa Management (or equivalent elite training) with 8+ Years commanding a premium spa.
• Skills: Strong leadership, hygiene-focused mindset, customer service, team management, and marketing expertise.
• Languages: Arabic/English/French.
• Personality: Professional, well-groomed, passionate about wellness.
