Administrative Assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Drafting and preparing periodic reports and board meeting minutes.
•Monitoring and organizing legal and administrative files and documents.
•Managing and organizing appointments and meetings.
•Coordinating with internal departments and clients.
•Assisting in preparing presentations and legal and technical reports.
•Supporting digital marketing activities and creative design.

Requirements:
•Demonstrated experience in administrative work of not less than 5 years.
•Proficient in using computers and Office programs and (Static Report) Excel / Power BI / Tableau Dashboards at an advanced level.
•Experience in design and digital marketing programs.
•High ability to organize and manage time and multiple tasks.
•Courteous personality, effective communication, and accuracy in completing tasks.
•Experience level: Expert.
