Job Title: Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional barista with a passion for specialty coffee, capable of expertly operating coffee machines and understanding different types of coffee beans and preparation methods, with excellent communication skills to create a unique experience that reflects the identity of the place and the quality of service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operate coffee machines (espresso, grinders, steaming devices) efficiently and safely.
Prepare all hot and cold coffee beverages according to established quality standards.
Know the types of coffee beans, roasting degrees, extraction methods, and grinding adjustments.
Implement coffee art (Latte Art) at a good to excellent quality.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools continuously.
Interact politely and professionally with customers and build positive relationships with them.
Explain products and suggest beverages in a smart marketing manner.
Contribute to improving customer experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
Commit to safety and occupational health procedures.
Collaborate with the team and comply with management instructions.
