Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver friendly and professional service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
  • Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
  • Inform Room Attendants of daily priorities.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written).
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage stressful situations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable with climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
