As a leading global food and beverage company, Nestlé is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for everyone and their families. We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Agent to be part of our dynamic team in Jeddah.

Position Summary:
In this role, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, billing, and account inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferably previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.

  • Valid KSA driving license and Iqama with transferable option for non saudi.
  • Experience in Wholesale/Distribution/Chemical industry is preferred.
