Amiantit Company is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Procurement Department. Your role will involve managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and organizing records to support procurement and logistics activities.
  • Preparing for meetings and ensuring that necessary information is available to participants.
  • Preparing reports related to performance and operations.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • New graduate or 12 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP system is considered an additional advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
