Amiantit Company is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Procurement Department. Your role will involve managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing records to support procurement and logistics activities.
- Preparing for meetings and ensuring that necessary information is available to participants.
- Preparing reports related to performance and operations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- New graduate or 12 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP system is considered an additional advantage.
- Fluency in English.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
