Are you an experienced and professional Executive Secretary looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization? Dhilal Holding, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified candidate to provide administrative and executive support to senior management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Arrange and manage the CEO’s meetings, appointments, and calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, business letters, and professional communication.
  • Maintain records, files, and documents efficiently.
  • Organize travel schedules and itineraries.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Secretary / Executive Secretary.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business correspondence.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality.
