As an integral part of our team, you will oversee the company’s financial operations across various sectors including construction, real estate development, manufacturing, and education. This pivotal role ensures financial stability, effective cost control, and accurate reporting, thereby supporting strategic decision-making at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans across all business sectors.
- Oversee project-based budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor and manage company-wide cash flow and liquidity planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.
- Lead financial feasibility studies for new investments.
- Ensure proper cost allocation and strong internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage external audits and financial reporting.
- Act as a key partner to senior management, providing insights and supporting business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CMA.
- 8–12 years of experience in financial management across multiple sectors.
- Strong expertise in project accounting and contract-based revenue recognition.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
