Join SADAFCO as a Finance Control Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a critical role in our SAP implementation project, with a key focus on driving process digitalization and efficiencies across Finance.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Act as finance lead in the SAP implementation, ensuring finance requirements are fully captured in system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and optimize end-to-end finance processes.
  • Drive the embedding of internal controls into system design for compliance with SOX and audit frameworks.
  • Provide expert input on SAP Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
  • Champion process automation and digitalization across finance operations.
  • Validate system configurations and support training and change management for finance teams.
  • Assist in ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data during migration activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including experience with Big 4 public accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver in complex environments.
  • Deep expertise in core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
