Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee Back-of-House operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare daily action plans for the team and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate food preparation according to set recipes ensuring quality control.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control wastage effectively.
• Supervise and train Back-of-House staff, providing performance feedback.
• Enhance customer experiences based on feedback and proactive measures.
