Job Purpose:
Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative food products and refine existing recipes, focusing on improving taste, texture, and nutritional value while ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of new food products, enhancing taste, texture, and nutritional value.
  • Research food trends and emerging ingredients to inspire new product ideas.
  • Conduct sensory testing and consumer data analysis to improve existing products.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure consumer preferences are met in product development.
  • Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed during product development.

Job Specifications:
  • Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1015 years in culinary development or a related field; ISO 22000, FSMS, or HACCP certification required.
  • Skills: Leadership, communication, organization, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English.
