As a Hotel Receptionist at Merya Hotels, located in Jeddah, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will manage reservations, answer phone calls, and ensure that the front desk operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests
  • Handle reservations efficiently and professionally
  • Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain organization at the front desk
  • Assist in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Experience in receptionist duties and handling reservations
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve difficult situations
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
