Job Overview: As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing core HR functions, including: recruitment and hiring, onboarding new employees, performance management, compliance with Saudi labor regulations and localization requirements, employee relations, training and development, and more. You will also manage dealings with government localization programs and continuously improve HR processes based on proven methodologies. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in project-based companies or organizations. Strong familiarity with Saudi labor law and localization programs and initiatives. Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster an inclusive and motivating work culture.
