You will also manage dealings with government localization programs and continuously improve HR processes based on proven methodologies. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in project-based companies or organizations. Strong familiarity with Saudi labor law and localization programs and initiatives. Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster an inclusive and motivating work culture.
