About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role at Daam Facilities Management based in Jeddah. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and manage employee relations.
  • Facilitate recruitment processes and assist with job description development.
  • Support workforce management initiatives and ensure operational compliance.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and resolve employee-related issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

For candidates with experience in facility management or manpower solutions, proficiency in both English and Arabic will be beneficial.
