Saudi Diyar Consultants is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our employee management processes and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Employees & Onboarding:
    • Processing hiring documentation and generating new employee numbers.
    • Creating company emails and compiling employee documents for finance.
    • Preparing job offers and coordinating internal approvals.
    • Communicating with employees and following up with accounts.
    • Liaising with the administration team for visa issuance.
  • Payroll & Finance Coordination:
    • Reviewing payroll inputs including attendance and overtime.
    • Verifying claim documents and coordinating payroll approvals.
  • Employee Relations & Coordination:
    • Addressing employee issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Leave, Attendance & Time Management:
    • Managing annual and sick leave approvals.
    • Overseeing timesheet management and biometric attendance monitoring.
  • Final Settlement & Offboarding:
    • Handling employee final settlements and processing terminations.
  • Letters & Certificates:
    • Issuing salary and experience certificates.
    • Filing employee documents appropriately.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR operations experience.

Key Skills:
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

KPIs:
  • Payroll accuracy ≥***
  • Timely onboarding and final settlement processing.
  • Zero compliance breaches.
