📍 Workplace: Jeddah City – Company Headquarters

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of employee affairs including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in accordance with labor regulations.
• Support various departments in organizing resources and workforce planning.
• Manage employee files and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
• Supervise payroll, leave, and insurance operations.
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and enhancing corporate culture.
• Monitor project needs for human resources and coordinate with relevant departments.

Conditions and Requirements:
• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• At least 10 years of experience in human resources management within companies operating in the contracting and project management sector.
• Full knowledge of labor laws and social insurance in the Kingdom.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using human resource systems and office programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to join immediately
