The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee development, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic yet practical approach to ensure the achievement of the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Advise management on strategic HR issues.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to provide periodic reports to management.
Preferred Candidate:
The preferred candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a deep understanding of recruitment practices.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- A passion for employee development and fostering a positive work culture.
- The ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- A solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop effective action plans.
