We are looking for an organized and efficient Saudi Purchasing Clerk to support our procurement processes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role within our organization and be part of a caring and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels to assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare purchasing reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs.
  • Enter and update vendor information in the company's ERP system.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation based on price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Handle routine correspondence with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
