We are seeking detail-oriented Purchasing Clerks to join our esteemed hospitality team. This position plays a critical role in receiving and checking incoming products and guest packages, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and check all incoming products and packages.
  • Verify quality, quantity, and condition of deliveries.
  • Prepare and ship guest packages and manage in-house shipping needs for various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, colleagues, and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in purchasing, receiving, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and shipments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset when interacting with guests and vendors.

  • Procurement certification is a plus.
  • Awareness of SFDA/SASO requirements.
  • Understanding of customs clearance and the Fasah system.
