Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage guest queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct audits as required and keep management informed of guest feedback.
  • Sustain high levels of customer service consistently.
  • Participate in training and assist with the development of front office team members.
  • Have a thorough understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Optimize room occupancy through effective up-selling techniques.
  • Adhere to financial procedures regarding currency and payment acceptance.
  • Follow hotel policies on security, fire regulations, and health and safety.
  • Assist other departments when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Good grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT skills.

Preferred Experience:
